Delivery and Returns

Katherine's Gallery is based in South Yorkshire.

Delivery within the UK is usually within 10-14 days depending on availability. Price depends on individual sizes. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery service. A signature is always required. For international deliveries please enquire by phone or email: enquiries@katherinesgallery.com or phone 0044(0)7866 426022.

When payment is made by cheque, delivery will take longer as we have to wait for the cheque to clear.

We shall inform you of the timescales and expected delivery date when you place your order. Please allow approximately two months for oil painting commissions. We will inform you on the day before despatch to ensure that you are able to receive delivery.

Returns Policy

The aim of Katherine's Gallery is for you to enjoy your painting. If, however you are dissatisfied then you may return the painting to us in perfect condition for a full refund, less initial delivery costs. You must pay for the return delivery costs and you must insure delivery. The painting must be in perfect condition on return to us or it will not be accepted. If the painting is damaged it will be returned to you to claim off the insurance.

If you want to return a painting to us you must contact us within 5 days of receipt otherwise we cannot accept the return.

This does not affect your consumer rights. Katherine's Gallery conforms to the guidelines issued by the DTI on distance selling. You have 5 days in which you can cancel your order from the date that you made the order.

We aim to reproduce paintings as accurately as possible using a digital camera. However many factors can effect how the image is displayed to you, including your monitor settings and the type of monitor used.
